Return & Refund Policy – Caytruyen

At Caytruyen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy details our procedures for returns and refunds, specifically tailored for our customers on the WordPress platform.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means the product must be unworn or unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original manufacturer packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.

2. Return Request Timeframe

Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the date of delivery. If 60 days have passed since your package was marked as delivered by the carrier, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage all customers to inspect their items immediately upon arrival.

3. Eligible Product Categories

You may request a return for the following products purchased on our site:

• Sofa, Coffee Table, Stools & Ottomans, Wall Lamps, Wall Lamps .

4. Ineligible Products

The following items cannot be returned: items that show signs of wear or use, products missing original labels, damaged items due to customer misuse, and products marked as “Final Sale” or personalized/customized items.

5. How to Initiate a Return Request

To start a return, you must contact our support team at support@caytruyen.com. In your email, please provide your order number (as seen in your WordPress order confirmation) and the specific reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions within 48 hours.

6. Shipping Instructions and Packaging

After receiving authorization, please pack the item securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for ensuring the item is not damaged during the return trip. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Caytruyen does not charge any restocking fees or administrative processing fees. While the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item, you will never be charged for “restocking” or “handling” the product at our facility.

8. Refund Procedure and Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through our WordPress billing system and automatically applied to your original payment method (Credit Card/PayPal) within 7-10 business days.

9. Product Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, the most efficient method is to return the original item for a refund and place a new, separate order for the desired product on our website.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, contact us at support@caytruyen.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the defect. We will evaluate the damage and coordinate a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

11. Mis-shipped Item Protocol

In the event that you receive the wrong item, notify us immediately. We will verify the order against our database and arrange for the correct product to be shipped while providing instructions for the return of the incorrect item.

12. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.

13. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.

15. Changes to This Policy
