• How can I confirm my order status?
Once your order is successfully placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive and check your secondary folders if necessary.
• Can I add items to an order that has already been placed?
To maintain efficient processing speeds, we cannot modify an existing order to add new items. Please place a separate order for any additional products you wish to purchase.
• Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely through our PayPal gateway. A PayPal account is not required for guest checkout.
• Why was my payment unsuccessful?
Common issues include mismatched billing addresses, incorrect security codes (CVV), or bank-imposed limits. Please ensure all details match your financial statement exactly.
• When will I be charged for my purchase?
Payment is authorized and captured at the time the order is placed to secure the inventory for fulfillment.
• What is the processing timeframe?
Standard orders require 1–3 business days for quality inspection and packaging before being dispatched from our facility.
• What is the estimated delivery time?
For domestic shipping within the United States, the total estimated timeframe is 6–10 business days (comprising 1–3 days for processing and 5–7 days for transit).
• Where do you ship?
Caytruyen currently provides shipping services exclusively within the 48 contiguous United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
• I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I fix it?
Please contact support@caytruyen.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has moved to the fulfillment stage (after the 12-hour window), we are unable to redirect the shipment.
• Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within the 12-hour grace period. If your order has already been shipped, you may initiate a return once the package is delivered.
• What is your return window?
We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
• What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
In the event of shipping damage, please notify us at support@caytruyen.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange for a replacement or resolution promptly.
• Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
• Will the product color match the website photos?
We strive for accuracy in our photography; however, actual colors may vary slightly due to individual screen calibrations and studio lighting. Please refer to the product description for material details.
• Are all items in stock?
Our inventory is managed dynamically. If an item is available to be added to your cart, it is currently in stock and ready for processing.
