We specialize in serving the domestic market to ensure the highest service standards. Currently, we ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.

2. Handling & Estimated Delivery Windows

To maintain a predictable schedule, we utilize the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone for all order chokepoints:

3. Tracking & Confirmation

  • Activation Period: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the initial status of your tracking number.
  • Final Delivery: A delivery is officially confirmed when the designated carrier marks the status as “Delivered” in their public tracking database.

4. Logistical Integrity & Accuracy

User Responsibility Customers are responsible for providing a 100% accurate shipping address. Caytruyen cannot be held liable for losses resulting from customer data-entry errors.
Multi-Warehouse Fulfillment To speed up delivery, items in a single order may ship from different warehouses. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers at no extra cost.
Undeliverable Shipments If a package is returned to our facility due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for both the original and re-shipping costs.

5. Delays, Damages & Order Changes

We proactively manage shipping issues to minimize any inconvenience to you:

• Unforeseen Delays: Factors such as extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or peak holiday volumes may occasionally extend transit times. We will notify you via email of any significant deviations from our estimates.

• Damage Reporting: If your item arrives damaged, please email support@caytruyen.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or refund.

• Modification Window: Order cancellations or address changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order enters our automated fulfillment system, modifications are no longer possible.

6. Peak Season & Policy Updates

Holiday Logistics: During major peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), please allow an additional 2-3 business days for handling and transit. Cut-off dates for guaranteed holiday delivery will be posted on our homepage annually.

Policy Amendments: Caytruyen reserves the right to update this policy at any time to reflect operational changes. All updates are effective immediately upon posting to our website.
