1. Shipping Coverage

Caytruyen currently provides shipping services exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Eligible destinations include:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • U.S. territories where standard carrier delivery is supported (subject to carrier limitations)

We do not ship to:

  • International addresses
  • Freight forwarding services or third-party reshipping addresses (orders may be canceled if detected)

2. Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure efficient processing and timely dispatch, we apply a daily order cut-off schedule.

  • Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Time, ET), Monday–Friday
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET will begin processing on the next business day.

Example:

  • • Order placed Monday at 4:30 PM → Processing starts Monday
  • • Order placed Monday at 6:10 PM → Processing starts Tuesday

3. Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders require a short preparation period before shipment.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Processing days: Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays)

During processing, we:

  • Verify order details
  • Prepare and package items (Mugs, T-shirts, Tank Tops, Hats)
  • Perform quality checks
  • Assign tracking information to shipments

Orders are only shipped after processing is completed.

4. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the destination and carrier routing.

  • Delivery days: Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and holidays)

Delivery may be:

  • Faster for nearby states or major metropolitan areas
  • Slightly longer for rural or remote areas
Total estimated delivery time = Processing (1–2 days) + Transit (2–5 days)

This fee applies:

  • Regardless of order size or weight (within standard product categories)
  • To all eligible U.S. delivery addresses

There are no additional shipping surcharges unless explicitly stated at checkout for special circumstances (e.g., oversized or special-handling items, if applicable in the future).

We partner with trusted domestic carriers to ensure reliable and trackable delivery:

Carrier selection is determined based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package size and weight
  • Delivery efficiency and availability

Customers cannot manually choose the carrier at checkout.
