Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Caytruyen, we prioritize efficient fulfillment to ensure your furniture arrives promptly. This policy outlines the specific windows and procedures available should you need to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed.

1. The 12-Hour Grace Period

Our logistics team typically begins processing orders within 1–3 business days. To ensure we can intercept a package before it leaves our facility, all requests for cancellations or modifications must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement.

2. Requesting a Cancellation

If your order has not yet entered the shipping stage, you may request a full cancellation. Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow standard banking windows for the credit to appear on your statement.

3. Order Modifications

Before an order is dispatched, you may request the following changes (subject to availability):

  • Swapping an item for a different color or size of equal value.
  • Adjusting product quantities.
  • Updating contact or secondary delivery information.

4. Shipping Address Policy

Accuracy in your shipping address is vital. Please notify us of any errors within the 12-hour window. Once a shipping label has been generated and the package has been accepted by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we are unable to redirect the shipment or modify the delivery destination.

5. Post-Shipment Status

Once an order has been assigned a tracking number and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Should you no longer require the items, please allow the package to arrive and then refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a standard return.

6. Unintentional Duplicate Orders

If you discover a duplicate order, please contact support@caytruyen.com immediately. If caught before processing, we will cancel the duplicate and provide a full refund. If the duplicate has already shipped, it must follow our standard return guidelines.

7. Product Availability & Fraud Prevention

Availability: If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you to offer a substitution, a restock update, or a full refund for that item.

Security: For your protection, all orders undergo a fraud screening process. Caytruyen reserves the right to hold or cancel any order that appears suspicious until additional verification is provided.

8. How to Request a Change

To expedite your request, please email support@caytruyen.com with the subject line:
“Order Modification/Cancellation – [Order Number]”.
Please include your full name and the specific change required.
