1. 60-Day Return Window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This evaluation period ensures the product perfectly fits your home environment.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• The item must be in its original, unused condition.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

3. Free Returns & Return Address

Caytruyen offers Free Returns. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs or restocking fees.

Return Process & Location:

• To initiate a return, email us at support@caytruyen.com.
• Once approved, we will send a pre-paid shipping label to your email.
• Return Address: All returns must be shipped to our headquarters at:
  791 Locust Ridge Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15209, United States
• Simply affix the label to your package and drop it off at any UPS or FedEx location.

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund within a 12-hour grace period of placement. After 12 hours, the standard return process will apply upon delivery.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Refund Timeline

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
