Return & Refund Policy

Caytruyen Customer Guarantee | Effective Date: March 13, 2026

At Caytruyen, we strive to ensure every piece of furniture meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund process is designed to be transparent and straightforward.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and manufacturer packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, assembly, or damage not caused by our error are not eligible for return.

2. 60-Day Return Window

Our policy remains active for 60 days from the date of delivery. If 60 days have passed since your order was marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to offer a refund or return. We encourage customers to inspect all items immediately upon arrival.

3. Eligible Product Categories

The following products are eligible for return under this policy:

  • Sofas and Sectionals
  • Coffee Tables and Media Consoles
  • Stools and Ottomans
  • Architectural Wall Lamps

4. Fees and Shipping Costs

Restocking Fees: Caytruyen charges $0.00 (Zero) restocking fees. We do not apply administrative or handling fees to your return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the actual shipping costs associated with returning an item, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or defective.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start the process, please email support@caytruyen.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions within 48 business hours.

6. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal) within 7–10 business days.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or is the incorrect product, please notify us at support@caytruyen.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the issue. In these instances, Caytruyen will cover all costs for a replacement or a full refund.

8. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed by our logistics team, it can no longer be canceled and must be treated as a standard return after delivery.
