• Editing content to remove only the infringing elements. We will also notify the individual responsible for the content regarding the takedown.

6. Penalties for False or Fraudulent Notices

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Genuinely false or fraudulent notices may result in legal consequences and the requirement to pay attorney fees.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

Caytruyen reserves the right to terminate access for users or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing content removed from our site on multiple occasions.
