At Caytruyen, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. This policy outlines the specific conditions and procedures for canceling or modifying your order on our WordPress store.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Our automated system begins fulfillment shortly after an order is placed. The “cutoff time” for any modifications is generally within 12 hours of order placement to ensure we can intercept the package before it leaves our facility.
You may request a full cancellation of your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email. Once an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method automatically.
Before an order is shipped, you may request changes such as:
• Swapping a product for a different size or color (of equal value).
• Adjusting the quantity of items.
• Updating contact information.
Please note that changes are subject to product availability in our WordPress inventory.
If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please notify us within the 12-hour window. Once the shipping label has been generated and the package has been handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we are unable to redirect the shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you no longer want the items, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to send the items back for a refund.
If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, please contact us immediately. If the duplicate order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If both orders have already shipped, the customer is responsible for returning the duplicate items according to our return guidelines.
If a payment transaction fails or shows as “Pending” in our WordPress system, the order will not be processed. We recommend checking with your bank or trying a different payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by unsuccessful payment authorizations.
In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately. You will have the option to:
• Exchange the item for a similar product.
• Wait for a restock (if applicable).
• Receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
To protect our customers, all orders go through a fraud screening process. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. If your order is flagged, we may request additional verification before proceeding with fulfillment.
To request a change or cancellation, please email support@caytruyen.com with the subject line “Order Change/Cancellation – [Your Order Number]”. Please include your full name and the specific details of your request to expedite the process.
