Welcome to Caytruyen. This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed on our WordPress-powered storefront. We aim to provide clear, transparent, and reliable delivery services across the United States.

1. Shipping Scope, Partners & Costs

3. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is fulfilled by our WordPress team, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.

  • Tracking: Each order includes a tracking number provided via the WooCommerce system. Please allow 24-48 hours for the link to become active.
  • Verification: Delivery is confirmed once the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) marks the parcel as “Delivered” in their system.

4. Address Accuracy & Logistics

Address Accuracy Customers must provide a 100% correct address. Caytruyen is not responsible for losses due to customer-entry errors.
Multi-Item Orders Products may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouses. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for original and re-shipping costs.

5. Delays, Damages & Cancellations

We understand that issues can arise. Here is how we handle them:

Delays High volume, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions can cause delays. We will notify you via email of any significant changes.
Lost or Damaged If an item is damaged upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours with photos. For lost items, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Changes/Cancellations Requests must be made within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order enters our WordPress fulfillment system, it cannot be modified.

6. Holiday Shipping & Policy Updates

Holidays: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas), handling and transit times may increase by an additional 2-3 business days. Specific cut-off dates will be announced on the Caytruyen website.

Updates: Caytruyen reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this URL.
