1. Shipping Destinations

To maintain the highest quality of service and ensure rapid delivery, we exclusively serve and ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates & Timeline Estimates

We believe in simple, predictable pricing for our curated collections. All orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping structure:

3. Processing & Order Cut-off

• Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this hour will begin processing the subsequent business day.
• Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days, depending on item availability and quality control checks.
• Please note that logistics operations are paused on Sundays and federal holidays.

4. Tracking & Logistics

Once your order is transferred to our premier carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier’s system to reflect the initial status update.

5. Delivery Integrity

• Address Accuracy: Caytruyen is not responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address provided during checkout. Please verify your details carefully; re-shipping costs for returned packages are the responsibility of the customer.
• Damaged/Lost Items: If your order arrives compromised or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the discrepancy or issue a replacement immediately.
