Cancellation & Modifications

At Caytruyen, we prioritize the swift processing of your orders to ensure your selections arrive with efficiency. We recognize that adjustments may occasionally be necessary post-purchase. Please review our curated policy regarding the modification and cancellation of your orders.

1. The 12-Hour Grace Period

We provide a dedicated 12-hour window from the moment of purchase for any cancellations or structural modifications. During this interval, our logistics team has not yet finalized the palletizing and dispatching of your items, allowing us to intercept the shipment without additional administrative costs.

2. Requesting a Cancellation

To initiate a formal cancellation, please correspond with our concierge team at support@caytruyen.com within the 12-hour eligibility window. Your correspondence should include:

  • Subject Line: Urgent Cancellation – [Your Order Number]
  • Body: Your full legal name and an optional reason for your request.

Once confirmed, you will receive a verification email, and a full refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment.

3. Modifying Order Details

Should you require a change to your shipping destination, contact details, or wish to swap an item for a different selection, please reach out within the same 12-hour window. After this time, we cannot guarantee modifications as the order may have already transitioned to our freight partners.

Note: Address modifications requested after the 12-hour window has expired may incur a “Re-routing Fee” assessed by the carrier, which remains the responsibility of the client.

4. Requests Beyond the 12-Hour Window

If your request is received after the 12-hour window, or if the shipment is already in transit:

  • The order can no longer be canceled or modified internally.
  • You will need to receive the delivery and subsequently follow our 60-Day Return Policy.
  • We strongly advise against “Refusing Delivery,” as this may result in loss or extended delays in return transit, complicating your refund process.

5. Refund Timelines

For cancellations approved within the grace period, we initiate the refund protocol immediately. It typically requires 5 to 7 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account or statement, depending on your financial institution’s internal processing speed.
