• How do I know if my order went through?
Immediately after checking out on our official store, you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you don’t see it within 5 minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

For U.S. domestic orders, the total time is 6-10 business days (3 days processing + 5-7 days transit).

• Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we focus exclusively on shipping within the 48 contiguous United States to ensure the best service quality for our furniture collections.

4. Modifications & Errors

• I made a mistake in my shipping address. What now?
You have exactly 12 hours from the time of purchase to email us with the correct address. After 12 hours, the order is locked for fulfillment and cannot be changed.

• Can I cancel my order?
Yes, provided you contact us within the 12-hour window. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process after it arrives.

5. Returns & Refunds

• How many days do I have to return an item?
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return, as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

• What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email support@caytruyen.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

• Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
