Intellectual Property Compliance

Caytruyen maintains an unwavering commitment to the protection of intellectual property (IP). We operate with the highest regard for the rights of creators, brands, and trademark owners. In accordance with applicable laws, we respond expeditiously to notices of alleged infringement and take decisive action—including the removal of disputed content—when properly notified through the channels outlined below.

1. Scope of Enforcement

This policy governs claims regarding the following protected categories:

  • Copyright: Unauthorized reproduction of proprietary photography, artistic designs, or literary content.
  • Trademark: Infringement involving brand names, logos, or identifying slogans that may lead to consumer confusion or dilution of brand equity.
  • Patent: Claims involving the unauthorized use of protected product inventions, functional designs, or utility patents.

2. Submission of a Formal Claim

To facilitate a formal review of an alleged violation, the IP owner or an authorized representative must submit a written notice. To be considered valid, your submission must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the IP rights holder or their legally appointed agent.
  • Precise identification of the work claimed to be infringed (e.g., a formal registration number or a direct link to the original proprietary content).
  • Identification of the specific material on Caytruyen that is the subject of the claim, including the exact URL(s) of the relevant product pages.
  • Verified contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and active email address.
  • A good-faith statement that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, confirming that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Administrative Action & Review

Upon receipt of a compliant notice, Caytruyen will execute the following protocol:

  • Conduct a thorough administrative review within 3–5 business days.
  • Disable access to or permanently remove the allegedly infringing material if the claim meets legal sufficiency.
  • Notify the responsible party regarding the claim and the subsequent removal of the material.

4. Misrepresentation & Liability

Under United States law, any individual who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be held liable for damages, including legal costs and attorney’s fees. If you are uncertain regarding the status of your IP rights, we strongly advise consulting with legal counsel prior to submission.
