1. 60-Day Evaluation Period

We provide a comprehensive 60-day return window. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return, offering you ample time to ensure your new furniture harmonizes perfectly with your home environment.

2. Criteria for Eligibility

To ensure a successful return process, please verify that:

  • The item remains in its original, pristine condition (unused and free from any consumer-inflicted damage).
  • The item is securely placed in its original packaging. We strongly advise retaining all packaging materials until you are certain of your purchase.
  • You possess the original receipt or valid proof of purchase.

3. Complimentary Returns & Logistics

Caytruyen is proud to offer Free Returns for all eligible items. Our clients are never subject to restocking fees or return shipping costs.

Obtaining your return credentials:

  • Upon approval of your return request, a pre-paid shipping label will be dispatched directly to your registered email address.
  • Simply download and print the provided label.
  • Affix the label securely to your parcel and drop it off at the designated carrier hub (UPS or FedEx) as indicated on the documentation.

4. Order Cancellation (12-Hour Grace Period)

Should you change your mind, you may cancel your order for a full refund within a 12-hour window of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@caytruyen.com. Once this window has closed, the order has likely entered our fulfillment phase, and the standard return process will apply upon delivery.

5. Damaged or Inaccurate Deliveries

We request that you inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If an item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you to ensure the matter is resolved swiftly.

6. Refund Protocol & Timeline

Following the receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved:

  • The credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement, subject to your financial institution’s processing lead times.

7. Exclusions

Items designated as “Final Sale” or gift cards are ineligible for return. Furthermore, we cannot accept returns for items damaged due to improper assembly or misuse by the customer.
