By accessing our platform and finalizing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

We take immense pride in the accuracy of our product photography and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color or texture will be an absolute reflection of the physical item. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

3. Commercial Pricing & Secure Payments

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue products without prior notice.
• Shipping is assessed at a transparent flat rate of $6.99, clearly specified during the checkout process.

4. Order Finalization & Modifications

To ensure efficiency in our fulfillment cycle, clients may request to cancel or modify an order within a 12-hour grace period from the time of purchase. Please contact support@caytruyen.com immediately for such requests. Beyond this window, the standard Return Policy protocols must be followed upon receipt of the item.

5. Logistics & Delivery Performance

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days. While we maintain a high standard of logistical performance, Caytruyen is not liable for delays resulting from third-party carrier constraints or environmental acts of nature.

6. Returns & The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your acquisition is protected by our signature 60-Day Return Policy. We provide complimentary return shipping labels via email for all eligible returns. Upon inspection and approval at our facility, refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Caytruyen, our founder Andrew Jude Gilicinski, and our affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or consequential damages arising from your use of any product procured through the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from improper assembly or unintended use of our items.

8. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
